The rent is $ 125.00 per week with a $ 100.00 deposit.

One room is a regular bedroom and rents for $ 125.00 per week with a $ 100.00 deposit.
The other room is the master bedroom with a Private bath and rents for $ 150.00 per week with $ 100.00 deposit
Two are Efficiency type rooms featuring private entrance and private bath. The rooms are nicely furnished with bed, recliner, dresser, satellite TV, and wireless Internet, microwave oven, and a small refrigerator. You will have use of the pool and laundry. The rent is $145.00 per week, $100.00 security, $39.00 background application fee
The other room is in a modern home that you share with others who have passed background checks. The kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker etc.. Your room is nicely furnished and has a deadbolt lock on the door. You have a bed, easy chair, dresser, cable TV, and small refrigerator. There is a covered patio for smoking. The rent is $140.00 per week, $100.00 security, $39.00 background application fee. In all locations I have wi/fi for only $ 5.00 per week.
